Delivery & Returns
Currently, we offer shipping to the UK, Europe and USA & Canada.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Your item should then be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch. A working day is Monday to Saturday except Bank Holidays.
1st Class U.K (including N.Ireland & Highlands): £4.95
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked which takes up to 5-7 working days. A working day is Monday to Saturday except British Bank Holidays.
International shipping rates are as follows:
Europe (including N. Ireland and the channel isles): £15.00
USA & Canada: £25.00

We hope that you'll love everything you buy from us. However you may return any item to us, as long as it is in a saleable condition, within 14 days of dispatch.
A returns form will be included in your parcel, as well as a copy e-mailed to you at time of purchase.
To make a return for a refund, you’ll need to follow the instructions below:
A. UK Royal Mail
Return your item with your completed returns form to the following address:

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition with all tags attached, we will refund your purchase within 21 days of receiving your package.
B. Return to store
You can return items to our CMD Stourbridge store in their original condition with all tags attached, along with your proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer you an exchange or the value of the returns in store credit, excluding any discounts and delivery charge.
How long does it take to process your returns?
We will always endeavour to try and process returns as quickly as possible, aiming for 5-7 days of receipt back at HQ, but it can take up to 21 days when we're very busy. Depending on who you bank with, your refund will then be automatically be applied back to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days of being processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
