Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery (No Tracking) and costs £4.00. Your item should be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Returns:

We hope that you'll love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you're unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

To make a return for a refund, you’ll need to follow the instructions below

A. UK Royal Mail
Return your item using one of the prepaid return labels on your delivery note. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. £4 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition with all tags attached, we will refund your purchase within 21 days of receiving your package.

B. Return to store
You can return items to a CMD standalone store in their original condition with all tags attached, along with your proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer you an exchange or the value of the returns in store credit, excluding any discounts and delivery charge.

How long does it take to process your returns?
We will always endeavour to try and process returns as quickly as possible, aiming for 5-7 days of receipt back at HQ, but it can take up to 21 days when we're very busy. Depending on who you bank with, your refund will then be automatically be applied back to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days of being processed.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
