Refund policy

Obviously, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but should this not be the case or should the item be faulty or just that little bit too big or small, you can of course return your purchase to us.

Upon receipt of your online order, you'll have 14 days to return them to us; To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

if you wish to return the item(s) to store yourself, we ask that prior to doing so you please fill in the Returns Form we included with your order, before you return the item(s) to us.

If you're returning the item(s) via post/courier, please fill in the Refund Note and include it in your return package, you will also find the return address on the Returns Form - Please note that unfortunately as we are a small business, you will be responsible for the cost of return and will not be refunded this amount. 

Upon receipt of your item(s), we will then aim to process your refund of the item(s) cost within 7 days. Depending on who you bank with, your refund will then be automatically be applied back to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days of being processed.

 

Our return process is detailed in the Returns Form included with your order. A copy is also emailed to you at the time of purchase should you need a replacement form. If you are still unable to provide this form with your return, please just enclose a note with your return including your order number, name, and email address/phone number so we can locate your order details.
